Shipping and Refunds Policy

Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

Please note that the information on shipping costs and estimates will be sent out to the customer after purchase, however you can find shipping costs at the product page and our products delivery time vary as this info depend on our suppliers since we work with different ones. We’re happy to offer free domestic shipping for some of our products, but please be aware that this promo applies to specific products. Estimates information are also expected to be placed in each product page as they will vary per product.

International shipping costs and estimates

We also offer international shipping. We currently ship worldwide. 

You can find a summary of our international shipping options in each product page. As well as ay exceptions in our destinations.

Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. Yaay Media Group isn’t responsible for these charges—any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order status?

You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include information about your purchase and a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

If for some reason you haven’t gotten your order information in more than 14 business days, please contact us asap. We’ll look into it for you!

 

REFUNDS POLICY

We offer a no-questions-asked return policy that applies for four teen days after your order is delivered. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

In the case of lost orders, or items that are damaged upon delivery, customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of shipping.

For any return or exchange inquiries, please email us ASAP at our contact page. We address each inquiry individually, and we’ll try our best to make sure everyone is satisfied.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

To successfully fulfill your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out the form in our contact page.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, flash sales or promo cupons items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can fill out the form in our contact page.

Shipping
To return your product, you should fill out the form in our contact page and we will provide additional info on which address the item should be shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
